But it works…,
If I had been able to see one of these smokers in the store I would not have bought it. It seems poorly made and doesn’t fit together very well. But since I bought it and went to the trouble of putting it together, we gave it a try. It works! We’ve used it every weekend since we got it – ham, chicken, sausage – everything is great. I don’t know how long this thing is going to last, but I’m going to use it until it falls apart – then buy something else.
Enjoyed every weekend since I bought it
Extraordinary lil smoker. Only downside is temp also gage. It would be better if it was numeric.

Secret to the BEST Salmon
\’ve had one of these smokers for 4 to 5 years. I\’d buy another one if my drift wears out… famously, well worth the prize. This cooks the tucker chicken, turkey, and, more than all, salmon that I\’ve till doomsday tasted. Try marinating salmon filets overnight in teriyaki and smoking for 45 to 60 minutes with alder chips for the most dank, flavorful salmon you\’ve continuously tasted!
No instructions or customer service
The smoker is wonderful. I bought this because my boss has the but model and has smoked maw-watering whole chickens. My single gripe is that the smoker shipped with an proprietor\’s manual for the Smoke \’N Grill/Cook \’N Cajun smoker. These are charcoal smokers, not propane. While some of the components are the notwithstanding or similar, it was still confusing putting it together. I also fancy I received a set of screws and bolts for those other models as I ended up with a assort of extras that don\’t fit in any of the pre-drilled holes. Safe thing I had enough of the honourable sizes to put the all-in-one together. To proceed towards it worse, the 800 numbers for patron service rang to absorb signals all day long. My emails to Brinkmann\’s also went unanswered. Perhaps they have a lot of almost identical problems??? Luckily Amazon has the P\’s manual available online now — Brinkmann\’s own website does not.

Package damage??
All was intimate until I got to the shelf that mounts in anterior of the grill. It was kinked in the central and the expanded steel is wavy and warped. I tried to straighten it to the most excellently of my ability. The odd part is that it is wall-to-wall twords the middle of the box. Wondering if it came from the mill that way. Thought of sending it struggling against odds, sadly, in the limited guarantee it states( no kidding) an act of god is not covered. I muse over that may cover alongside anything that may be discredit….

Best charcoal grill i ever owned
If this is the anyway as the one I bought almost 30 years ago,and it looks to be the uniform just a diffrent color,it is the outwit grill I ever owned.you not in the least need water to put the coals out when they trapped fire,just attentive the lidd.the handels on the mask are great to adjust the grill.cleans tractable,and I love to watch the smoke issued from the top of the grill when the cooking is wealthy good.I would not proceeds no gas grill over this one.

Straight To The Point
Brinkmann\’s Smoke N Grill is spot on for the beginning smoker. What makes it ameliorate is the fact that it doesn\’t play a joke on all the fancy gadgets of the higher priced smokers and one has to truly learn how to make this gadget work by way of trial and wickedness. Controlling cooking temperatures is a humdrum task because there are no vents and the top has oodles of space between it and the centre which allows alot of passion to escape. Modifications can be made to the part which in turn longing enhance its performance. Look on all sides online for ECB modifications (El Cheapo Brinkmann)and you\’ll be delighted you did the mods which intention make things so much easier for you.

Disappointed
I bird my little, old weber! This Meco 2000 has no forth holes in the bottom, no cut grill on which to shut-eye the coals, & no LID!! I sympathy it would be a larger variety of the little weber but it\’s not. Unfortunately, I was extraordinarily disappointed & should hold just bought another weber.

Very Disappointed in Companies follow up – NONE
I purchased this for my groom for Father\’s Day. He was so excited to admit, having wanted to try a smoker for a while now. He opened box straight away and began putting together. As acclaimed in other reveiws, he did bear to pop the side back together. Close to completing assembly he notable that he was missing some parts. He contacted concern next day. He was told it would catch a couple of weeks to away with parts. It is now middle of August and we receive not received parts. The parts we are missing are leading to the completion of assembly for use, so we participate in a smoker thatwe keep not been able to use yet. I held off posting my reveiw, awaiting migrant of parts…6 weeks, no parts, and unfit to use smoker I transfer them one star for supplying metal in a box painted the color it was reputed to be and for having somebody meet the phone at customer overhaul…now if somebody could in truth ship those 5 pieces we are missing I would be a bit more satisfied.
Hams and Turkeys a Smoking
Delineated as a gift and my Aunt LOVES it already smoked three hams in two days with divers more to cook/smoke in the next two weeks. Grand Product and the price was grand too!!!!
